Anchorman 2 - the Legend Continues
Ron and Veronica's romance falls apart as the duo anchors a weekend broadcast at a New York-based network in 1980. Ron is fired for being the worst anchor anyone has ever seen and so he leaves Veronica rather than live in her shadow. So he re-creates himself at a CNN-type network in the eighties and accidentally invents the soul-sucking brand of non-news that now rules cable as he tries to win back Veronica's love.

Just okay for my tastes - did laugh a FEW times.

I did enjoy spotting Amy Poehler (one of my current favs) in a couple scenes.

This movie is excellent and superb acting from the actors especially the kid who played Walter Burgundy

The hilarious sequel to Anchorman!

I could not stop laughing the whole time! The humour is of course an acquired taste. Steve Carell is magnificent as the simple but profound weatherman Brick Tamland.

Worst movie I have seen in recent memory. I could only watch 15 minutes.

I used to like Will Ferrell's movies, but after watching this awful racist movie I will no longer watch any of his future movies. Shame on you Will Ferrell.

Those keep on coming "comic" scenes and one liners seemed forced and poorly delivered in mho. Somehow, the Will Smith, Harrison Ford, Liam Neeson, Jim Carrey, Tina Fey got sucked to participate in one of the silly skits ... weird movie for stoners.

Hate to say this because I'm such a Will Ferrell fan, but it wasn't all that I expected it to be. Still funny, and still worth the watch, especially if you've seen the first Anchorman and want to hear the end story. But it kind of just has the same jokes as the first one, as well as similar scenes. But you'll still laugh when watching this, as well as see some familiar faces as cameos.

Worst. Movie. Ever. I'm just glad I fell asleep part way through, watched a bit more. Then I tossed it off the balcony like a frisbee.

“Ron: Hello, America. It's 2:00 A.M. Eastern time. I'm Ron Burgundy, and tonight's top story is America. She's the greatest country in the world. Heck, the history of the world!... Too much of the news is about what's wrong with America ... Well, tonight, our top story is what's right with America ... For starters, we kick butt. Nazi butt. Russian butt ...Tonight I begin part one of my 11-part series on the power and mystery of the human ...”

Lots of quotes in IMDb site, most offensive language.

Brick: A black man follows me
everywhere when it's sunny.
Ron: Actually, I think that's
your shadow, Brick.

Brick: I call him Leon.

Ron: And if it's a cloudy day,
what happens to Leon?
Brick: He goes home.

Ron: It's your shadow ... (turns to the others) ... He's talking about his shadow.
