Anchorman 2 - the Legend Continues
Ron and Veronica's romance falls apart as the duo anchors a weekend broadcast at a New York-based network in 1980. Ron is fired for being the worst anchor anyone has ever seen and so he leaves Veronica rather than live in her shadow. So he re-creates himself at a CNN-type network in the eighties and accidentally invents the soul-sucking brand of non-news that now rules cable as he tries to win back Veronica's love.

Those keep on coming "comic" scenes and one liners seemed forced and poorly delivered in mho. Somehow, the Will Smith, Harrison Ford, Liam Neeson, Jim Carrey, Tina Fey got sucked to participate in one of the silly skits ... weird movie for stoners.

This was better than one by far! I couldn't stand 1 & wondered why they were making a sequel. Even though Both movies are senseless, this had more laugh out loud moments.

Unbelievably bad movie! I couldn't finish it. The first "Anchorman" was very good. This one, however, is a disaster. Check out "Modern Family" or "Parks and Recreation" instead. Your funny bone will thank you.

“Ron: Hello, America. It's 2:00 A.M. Eastern time. I'm Ron Burgundy, and tonight's top story is America. She's the greatest country in the world. Heck, the history of the world!... Too much of the news is about what's wrong with America ... Well, tonight, our top story is what's right with America ... For starters, we kick butt. Nazi butt. Russian butt ...Tonight I begin part one of my 11-part series on the power and mystery of the human ...”

Lots of quotes in IMDb site, most offensive language.

Brick: A black man follows me
everywhere when it's sunny.
Ron: Actually, I think that's
your shadow, Brick.

Brick: I call him Leon.

Ron: And if it's a cloudy day,
what happens to Leon?
Brick: He goes home.

Ron: It's your shadow ... (turns to the others) ... He's talking about his shadow.
