A book within a book within a book... This concept which is usually used as a writing device for older readers is the focus of a whole book. It is brought down to its most simplest form by immediately introducing the character of said novel, who is in turn is reading another one. Visually this is presented in increasing smaller pages which are distinguished from the others with varying colours of the rainbow. At its smallest point, the process gets reversed, describing the end of each story by closing it.

There is little purpose or meaning in this other than to present a concept in a way a child can grasp, but it does it extremely well, and in a very colourful format.

A bit simplistic, but a concept easily understood by younger children, with many colourful variations of books within books.

A unique and fun picture book that consists of several "books" of descending size nested one inside another. A simple and effective story.

A simple but elegant design of a book within a book within a book, each with a different coloured cover. Young children will love opening and closing each little book.
